As if designing the logo and identity for an entire country (even the small country of Quatar) isn't enough, Tarek Atrissi also has a notable and wide range of graphic design accomplishments in typography, packaging, illustration and signage design. Born in Beirut, Tarek Atrissi has worked in Lebanon, the Netherlands and the U.S. and his work mainly focuses around Arabic graphic design and Arabic typography—an entire sphere of design that unfortunately suffers from severe disregard.
