Addison

AddisonAcross the pond, the influential work of the Addison Group towers like Big Ben over Britain. From establishing campaigns for the leading contenders in travel, retail services and utilities, Addison keeps a steady design eye on the pulse of the English beat. While expunging delightfully detailed goals of each individual client and their respective projects, glaring lack of flash parts and a failure to provide popups or expanding thumbnails provides a few subtractions in Addison’s otherwise check-plus performance.... Andersen M Studio

Andersen M StudioPerhaps you are familiar with the analogy that the best barber in town has the worst haircut? Well, such is the case with Andersen M Studio, an oustanding independent creative studio with a less than spectacular website. It was formed by graphic designer, photographer and musician Martin Andersen (MA, RCA) in 2001, and because the site itself isn't Flashy or extremely well kept, it tells us something about the artists behind the work... For one, that they are too busy art directing cd sleeves, cranking out great print work, and making original music to be bothered with the ins and outs of HTML, CSS, and all the rest. Be sure not to miss their amazing little stop motion film either (see thumbnail).... More

Asif Khan

Asif KhanDon't call me a trend-setter. Because the best part of this 'folio is that range of styles defies any possible attachment to a recent movement. Unless you consider 'originality' the latest trend... which you should...... More

Aura 99 Limited

Aura 99 LimitedAura 99 is to web firms what a small Mom & Pop shop is to the shopping experience. At Aura 99 you get that hands-on approach and kind, personal attentiveness. Sure, it's a small personal portfolio, but the man behind it, Stuart Rutter, has a really good understanding of CSS, web standards, clean design, and web marketing—so you end up getting a one-of-a-kind product that you can only find in the little store on the side-street, and not in the big shopping malls.... Crobbo

Crobbo - Portfolio of Chris Robinson"Sophistication" is a word that pops into mind as we view this portfolio of interactive designer Chris Robinson, from the U.K. There's a certain reserved air of confidence in the work displayed; the design of the site, his selective photography, and the subtle choices made to enhance the viewer experience. Quite enjoyable... on many levels.... More

Crushed

CrushedSex, Sluts and Heaven! No, this isn’t erotica! It’s a sample of many projects in the Crushed portfolio. This creative consultancy, marketing, and advertising firm is one hard-rockin’, ass-kickin’ group of artists. Record covers, book jackets, PJs (pajamas to those enunciators out there). You name it; they’ve done it!... More

d.crabbe

d. crabbe has compiled a diverse collection of flash, print, and even some fun fonts. We wondered briefly if his touted “globz” font had been drawn by someone with flippers, rather than hands. Crabbe’s caged madness is no carnival sideshow, but it does play to crowds some distance from the main stage. Not, of course, that there's anything wrong with that. Showcase Site: Dec0de.com... More

DED Associates

DED AssociatesDED Associates is an international design agency. Its output is diverse, crossing print, film, websites and other visual media and featuring commissions from clients in business, publishing and the arts, as well as self-initiated projects. Founded by Jon and Nik Daughtry in 1991, DED pursues its own, ultra-contemporary path in design. Quirky graphics and typo-manipulation are product du jour – well done and expressively crisp – like the best lemonade you’ve ever had, served in a dirty glass.... More
